Products & Pricing

  1. The information presented in the AG Ruma E-Store, including prices and product details, is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our content current but recommend reviewing the specifics before making a purchase.
  2. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Always refer to the product description for accurate details.
  3. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and do not include delivery charges, which will be added to your total at checkout. Please be aware that prices may differ between the E-Store and physical locations.
  4. AG Ruma retains the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and promotional offers at any time.

Ordering Process

  1. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including payment details. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
  2. Payment is required at the time of order placement, using the methods specified in the AG Ruma E-Store.
  3. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will reach out via email or phone to inform you.
  4. Reasons for order cancellation may include product unavailability, payment authorization issues, pricing errors, or non-compliance with our policies.
  5. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and provide updates on restocking.

Changes & Cancellations

  1. Once your order has been accepted and processed, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Delivery Information

  1. Delivery charges will be displayed in your cart unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
  2. For larger or bulkier items, additional delivery fees may apply, and such products will be delivered curbside by appointment.
  3. We aim to deliver your order within three (3) business days (Monday to Friday) after acceptance.
  4. You will receive a notification via email or phone when your order has been shipped.
  5. In cases of backorders or product unavailability, please contact us, and we will provide an updated delivery estimate.
  6. If unforeseen delays occur, we will keep you informed and take steps to mitigate the impact.
  7. We recommend that you do not schedule any installation services until you have received and inspected your products.

Warranty Information

  1. AG Ruma offers a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects for all products, applicable only to the original purchaser, provided that products are installed and used according to our guidelines.
  2. The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage from harsh environments or normal wear and tear.
    • Misuse, negligence, or accidents.
    • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    • Non-compliance with installation instructions or the use of non-genuine parts.
